We will contact you in the order your sponsorship was received so that you can choose your location. **You will receive instructions on how to obtain the complimentary registration code with your confirmation email when you register for the sponsorship. Note that all attendees must register for the conference. Important Note: Gold and Platinum Level sponsors who will be exhibiting at the conference must read the 2020 Exhibitor Contract for Space . You will be asked to accept this agreement upon registration for the sponsorship. Silver Level $450 Sponsor Includes • Recognition in conference program and on conference webpage • Plenary and lunch session recognition Silent Auction $25+ Sponsor We invite all corporate members to participate in this year's Silent Auction.  In lieu of exhibit drawings, please consider donating an item to be displayed throughout the conference. Items suitable for auction (minimum $25 value) could be:       •   Electronic devices       •   Gift Baskets       •   Specialty / Gourmet foods       •   Hand made crafts suitable for gifting       •   Gift Certificates (lodging, restaurants,           large state-wide chain stores)       •   Unique beverages (specialty wines, craft beers) Note:  A live auction for high dollar value items is planned for Tuesday evening. Funds from this event help us provide scholarships to conference attendees as well as support for ASFPM Foundation. Golf Sponsorship (1 available) $550 Sponsor Deadline of March 22 for notification of intent to sponsor this event.  Random drawing of sponsor's name in case of multiple entries for sponsorship. Sponsor receives recognition as Golf Tournament sponsorship, sponsor logo and conference logo printed on golf balls for participants, and extra golf balls for sponsor with both logos.
