CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The early bird full conference registration is now open. The Early bird rate is $265 for NCAFPM members ($400 for non-members) The early Bird Registration will end on April 1, 2024, The regular rate after that will be $325 for NCAFPM members ($460 for non-members).
One-day rates for NCAFPM members $170 ($230 for non-members)
This year we will be offering 2 Field trips with limited attendance please click the following links for a more detailed description of each field trip. Cost $10

If you would like to receive the membership rate and are not a member but would like to take advantage of the member rate, please go to our membership page and click on New Member Registration and submit before registering for the conference. If you are unsure if you have paid your 2024 membership dues please email Susan Frady for verification prior to registering.
The registration fee includes sessions and workshops, exhibitor’s social, two (2) lunches, conference social, break snacks, and conference giveaway.
DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING RESPONSE WE ARE OUT OF SPACE AT THE VENUE AND WILL BE CLOSING REGISTRATION. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVIENANCE.
Optional guest social tickets are available at the site shown below. Guest tickets for Monday evening Vendor Social $40 Guest Ticket for Tuesday Evening Social Low Country Boil Buffet $60.
Refund Policy
Full refunds (less credit card fees) can be given if requested by Tuesday April 23, 2024. After April 23, 2024, until registration closes on May 1, 2024 you may receive a 50% refund. Please contact Susan Frady to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if you do not provide notice before the conference's start date. Note that refunds will be issued by check sent to the address and payee that you provide in your cancellation request or credited back to the original credit card. All cancellation requests shall be submitted via email to ncafpm@ncafpm.org. The email system date will be used as determination of date received.
Presenters
Note that all presenters must register for the conference. If a presenter is not attending the conference, please contact Susan Frady for details on how you should register.

Tuesday Evening Social
The Tuesday evening social will be held at the Palms of Lumina near the pool. We will be having a Low Country Boil buffet and other activities.
Continuing Education
12 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will be awarded for entire conference participation (Monday - 4.5 CECs, Tuesday 4.5 CECs, Wednesday - 3.0 CECs). Continuing education certificates will be emailed to attendees shortly after the conference ends. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Susan Frady.
CFM Exam
The Certified Floodplain Manager exam will be offered on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
The deadline to register to sit for the exam at the conference has passed. No furter applications will be processed prior to the conference.
Silent Auction
We invite all corporate members to participate in this year's Silent Auction. In lieu of exhibit drawings, please consider donating an item to be displayed throughout the conference.
Items suitable for auction (minimum $25 value) could be:
• Electronic devices
• Gift Baskets
• Specialty / Gourmet foods
• Hand made crafts suitable for gifting
• Gift Certificates (lodging, restaurants,
large state-wide chain stores)
• Unique beverages (specialty wines, craft beers)
Silent Auction items will be awarded on Tuesday at the end of the sessions!
