The North Carolina Association of Floodplain Managers annually hosts a Fall Floodplain Institute, providing an opportunity to attend workshops and presentations, take the Certified Floodplain Manager exam, and mingle with your fellow floodplain managers. NCAFPM will host our 19th Annual Fall Floodplain Institute September 10-12, 2025 at the Harrah's Chreokee Resort in Cherokee, NC. 2025 Sponsorship Opportunities We are offering these sponsorships for companies to provide support for our annual fall training event. The higher level sponsorship offers an opportunity to exhibit at the conference. NCAFPM welcomes sponsorships in two levels as described below. Break Sponsorship ($350 Limit of 5) For sponsoring a morning or afternoon break. Includes a sign with your company name and logo displayed during the break and your company name and logo on the sponsor recognition page provided to all participants at check-in. General Sponsor/Exhibitor ($1000 limit of 15) For sponsoring a luncheon, evening social event, or other non-break event. Includes: Multiple signage with your name and logo displayed at the registration booth Verbal recognition at plenary sessions Company name and logo on the conference website Exhibit booth space (Note that when you register as an Exhibitor, you agree to the Contract for Space. Company name and logo on the conference website, and your company name and logo on the sponsor recognition page provided to all participants at check-in.
