NCAFPM 34th Annual Conference / SCAHM Joint Conferenece

This year the NCAFPM and SCAHM boards are happy to present a joint conference. We feel that this is a great opportunity for networking between both our groups. Some of the registration items may look a little different than previous years so please read the following carefully before registering. The MAXIMUM attendance for our venue is 400. Registration will close when this number is reached so please register early. We have blocked the entire Lumina Hotel and have blocks in five other hotels nearby for accomodations. Free shuttle bus service will be provided from offsite hotels to the conference, for one hour before and after the start and end of sessions. The Lumina shuttle bus will be availabe during off times.
Member discounted rates are available for members of NCAFPM and SCAHM. If you are unsure of your membership status or membership number please verify with the applicable organization before registering. Membership status will be verified before the conference and those improperly registered may risk cancellation.

The registration fee includes sessions, workshops, full buffet breakfast each day, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, Monday evening Exhibitors Social with light hors d'oeuvres, and Tuesday Evening Conference Dinner including Low Country Boil and other non-seafood items.

Presenters
Note that all presenters must register for the conference. If a presenter is not attending the conference, please contact Susan Frady for details on how you should register.
Refund Policy
Full refunds can be given if requested by Tuesday March 17, 2025. After March 17, 2025, until registration closes on March 24, 2024, you may receive a 50% refund. Please contact Susan Frady to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if you do not provide notice before the conference start date. Note that refunds will be issued by check sent to the address and payee that you provide in your cancellation request or credited back to the original credit card. All cancellation requests shall be submitted via email to ncafpm@ncafpm.org. The email system date will be used as determination of date received.

Continuing Education
12 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will be awarded for entire conference participation (Monday - 4.5 CECs, Tuesday 4.5 CECs, Wednesday - 3.0 CECs). Continuing education certificates will be emailed to attendees shortly after the conference ends. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Susan Frady.
CFM Exam
The Certified Floodplain Manager exam will be offered on Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Silent Auction
We invite all corporate members to participate in this year's Silent Auction. In lieu of exhibit drawings, please consider donating an item to be displayed throughout the conference.
Items suitable for auction (minimum $25 value) could be: All silent auction proceeds benefit the NCAFPM Scholarship Program.

Silent Auction items will be awarded on Tuesday at the end of the sessions!
In an effort to ensure that all participants are able to enjoy the amenities of this conference, name tags will be required to be worn at all of the conference events.
