If you are not a Current Member and would like to receive the membership rate, please go to our membership page and select the New Member Button. Even if you were a member in the past all memberships terminate when they are 90 days past due so you will have to enter as a new member. New memberships run on a rolling membership date. So when you rejoin your membership will be good for one year from that date. Once you have completed this you will qualify for the member discounted rate.
The Conference registration fee includes sessions and workshops, Wednesday exhibitor’s social, Thursday Morning Continental breakfast, Wednesday Lunch Buffet, and break snacks each day.

Refund Policy: Full refunds can be given if requested more than 14 days before the start of the event. Refund request received less than 14 days before and more than 3 days before the start may receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued if the request is received less than 3 days before the start of the event. Note that refunds will be issued by check sent to the address and payee that you provide in your cancellation request or credited back to the original credit card. All cancellation requests shall be submitted via email to ncafpm@ncafpm.org. The email system date will be used as determination of date received.
Presenters: Note that all presenters must register for the conference. If a presenter is only presenting and not attending the conference, please contact Susan Frady for details on how you should register.
Continuing Education 12 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will be awarded for entire conference participation Wednesday - 3.0 CECs, Thursday 6.0 CECs, Friday - 3.0 CECs). Continuing education certificates will be emailed to attendees after the conference. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Susan Frady.

Digital CFM Exam
The Digital CFM Certificatiion exam will be offered at the FFI on
Friday September 12, 2025 8:30 am to 11:30 am. Click below for more information.

CFM Exam Application Instructions
Golf Tournament
The North Carolina Association of Flood Plain Managers will be hosting the "NCAFPM John Fullerton Memorial Fall Golf Tournament" at the magnificent Sequoia National Golf Club on September 10, 2025. This is Sequoia’s prime season and the normal green fee is $120. However, the rate for players in this year’s tournament has been reduced to only $80 thanks to the support and generosity of INIGHT Planning and Development. Thank you to Ryan Cox and the entire Insight team!
Space is limited, so register ASAP. You may register and pay up to four players on one registration form. Tee times will begin sharply at 8:30 am on Wednesday September 10, 2025. This will be a 4-person, scramble format.
